Claims Reporting

If you have a loss, Keefe Insurance is committed to providing prompt and fair resolution of your claim. If you need to report a personal insurance or business insurance claim, you have several options. Use whichever option is most convenient for you. But be sure to report your claim in a timely manner.

  1. Stop by our office at 51 West Central Street, Franklin, during our normal business hours (M-F, 8:30AM-5PM).
  2. Call your claim in to our office: 508-528-3310, Toll-Free 888-528-3310.
  3. We have 24/7 telephone claims reporting. Simply call the Keefe Agency and during non-business hours you will be directed to option #5 and speak to a person at a 24/7 service center located in the United States. The service center attendant will give the caller contact information to immediately report the claim to the appropriate insurance company and a Keefe account manager will make contact the very next business day.
  4. E-Mail Claim Alert - If we receive your email after normal work hours or on a weekend or holiday, we will contact you on the next regular business day. We encourage you to use e-mail to tell us about the incident while the details are fresh in your mind.
